I've heard and read about this too, although never seen it myself. I would agree with your assessment. As busy as they are and the way they want to just move you along to get to the next guy waiting they probably don't want to use it.

At Sakura. Hasn't been one for years. I believe the closest one would be in Northern Kentucky but I hear they're not very good. If you want. Good table showers You need to go to either Louisville or Northern Ohio to Toledo.
