LE doesn't just text someone and ask that kind of a question. That has to be in person or in writing via mail certified. Just others trying to spook them for whatever reason. Could be other providers trying to edge them out of the market would be my guess. Same thing applies to others that are getting threatening texts from "Cartels". It's a scare tactic.
In short, that would have to be subpoenaed (Warrant) by a court. Fourth Amendment prohibits LE from doing this.

Well I'll give another update on heaven. I saw her again last week after reporting generally ok review of her. Whatever she was on gave her paranoia and goldfish syndrome.
