I think this is the first time I've heard someone wish for LA prices LOL. But you must mean Sawtelle specific prices, because K-Town pricing can be rough sometimes for the HYA's.

Saw Ada based on the good reviews and, overall, was quite satisfied. Her pics are fairly accurate though I'd estimate they're her about 5 yrs ago.
