Location set multiple cities all over on different days, sometimes same day. Different area code could be a red flag. Deposits are a no go for me. If they look good and everything is open, hmmm. I doubt it.

If you guys are talking about the site being down a few days last week, I saw a post from A2 on some thread (don't remember what state or board), that the site was down to a DDoS attack maybe foreign. Don't know why it wasn't a flash bulletin for the whole site. Nothing to do with devices, VPN, browsers, etc.
