After visiting multiple times, I think I am done with them. I called them around 820 PM to make an appointment with Lucy at 9. When I arrived at the parking lot on time, I was told Lucy have had another appointment at 9!? Seriously?! Mamasan told me I can switch to Nana or Ruby. I draw Ruby and came in.
