After some chat, a phone call, agreeing on T&C and finalizing the appointment. She declares that she needs an upfront deposit before sharing the address. Obviously that's a no go for me!

On the phone, she sounded genuine but I would not take the risk. If someone else has a different experience, please let me know.

For me it was a waste of time, but I got lucky. Lots of convo, confirmed the night before, and then she ghosted when waiting for an address.
