Just spoke with one of the girls.

Health inspector came by today, and their license was delinquent, so they need to get it renewed. So once that happens, they can reopen. Not sure if the following applies to them, but if it does. If the license remains unrenewed after six months, it becomes null and void, requiring a full reapplication to regain licensure.
