This is a new shop very close to the Peace health hospital on Mill plain. It is a stand alone home that is clean, well-organized with no malodor. Easy parking. The rooms were clean and sheets were fresh. Met by Judy who is just a lovely person, physically and personality wise. I had seen her at other shops and she is now based at this new one. She takes her job quite seriously and focused on customer satisfaction. She is skilled in all elements of her job be it massage or other services. She is friendly and speaks English fairly well. Paid 200/60 for everything. Recommend, but interested in what others think.

I visited about 6 weeks ago when the shop had a different name. The provider was older than I prefer so I moved on. What shop did Judy work at prior. The name sounds familar but I can't place her.

There is a review on RM about this shop. I can't read it but doing a search came up with FS and kissing provided.

The board has become overrun by shills promoting higher rates so if you follow the herd its easy to think 2. 0/30 is the rate. Others believe 30/1.6-1.7 is a fair rate. I don't believe there is a "going rate" and do my own thing. Its up to you to decide what its worth to you and if you want to negotiate.

Thanks for the heads up. I was under the impression based on other reviews and my own experience that 200/30 was kind of the going rate here for an 'everything' experience. If you have more intel you'd be willing to share, please do. I'd like to pay less LOL.

Yup. Plenty of places up and down mill plain and all over 360 that will gladly take 1.5-1.8 all in for the 30 and even sometimes 1.8 for the hour. Never go over $$ like some other fools here.

There were a couple of fools on the Portland site who insisted on paying 3.0 or more just for the hell of it. Fuck that noise. Either they are incredibly stupid or paid shills.

Thanks for the reviews and confirming the rates for these two shops. I have noticed recently a few shops are asking 2. 0/30 and will not go lower. I have blamed it on new managers but it appears many guys are comfortable with this rate so why shouldn't they ask for it. I walk, there are still shops that will accept less including one you previously reviewed at 2. 0/30.

Both shops have been known to provide lackluster service so its good to know they have improved but I will never return.

Some abbreviated dreams I've had recently:

Maple Spa:

Provider was Nunu or Lulu. Really friendly girl, and can speak almost conversational English which is always nice. Lean body, nice little ass and takes it well, and really likes doggy where she will bounce hard against you.
