There's probably a couple apps out there but the one that I know of is "Mr. Number". It basically allows any member to leave comments on any number good or bad. Anyone can also read these comments as soon as they subscribe so it's easy to access. I have posted a screenshot of someone I know in the hobby with both good and bad comments. Please note that some numbers are actually CallerID linked so some numbers are linked to people's actual name. This is why I do NOT use my actual number for any hobby related activities.
