Its been acting up for me too, at all times of the day, not just at night. I just had to keep refreshing to get it to work for a short time and it would act up again.

This is becoming one of my favorite spots. It's a little more pricey (250/ hr, all in), but most shit on the Eastside is. I saw Cindy twice, sexy little dynamo with man-made Cs. Sorry, yes. Blue Moon. Service was great. Not always the case here, but it is this month with Rachel.
