Limited experience and YMMV but usually its been an extra 50-60 on top of standard tip, but this is also only relevant to Gib as it wasnt offered to me prior to trying them out.

Actually never tried Midori. I did visit perfect 10 a couple of weeks ago, first time since before COVID. I think only 1 girl was working, she might even be the mamasan. Cute (ish) probably late 30's wore a short sundress. Standard Korean menu, I opted for the 60 door hh visit. Standard. 40 tip all covered didn't need much. Well any negotiating. I'll probably repeat.
