In San Diego, both options are roll of the dice. That might change because of girls leaving and new ones coming in. Two or three days before you come to SD, get verified by Asian Agency then do your homework for AMPs. If you're just looking to get your rocks off going to a well reviewed AMP is fine. In terms of quality the main thing is that the floor at an agency is generally higher and I've encountered fewer providers who feel the need to rush you through a session.
