I'm a huge fan of saunas, my 2 cents, go to a legit place if you want a real sauna. In my experience the AMPs don't turn on the sauna until they start your shower so it's not heated up to provide any benefit. And I get it cause it's expensive to keep one heated all day long. I have used the one at Kyoto and it's never hot. But I've just been cleaned so don't want to get sweaty before I even start the adventure haha.

Stopped in saw Chanel, she must have been the only one working. I heard from a reliable source that the well known Finley is no longer at LA / LF anymore and has moved to the Park Rd Spa. I don't know what the atmosphere is like compared to the Le spas. Someone said that the Park Rd is much like South Charlotte spa. Anyone can confirm what it's like there?

Tried to see an independent but she flaked on me so I visited old faithful Gibbon. Yumi is working there this week, not sure for how long, but she was great.
