I'm a little surprised that they'd do something like that. I always was under the impression they're more of a higher end service searching for a higher end clientele. Which justifies the higher price of admission. But with that said you'd expect them to operate accordingly. Send the person in the photos and provide a service that not only leaves the client happy but wanting to return. At those price points that'd be my expectations at least.
