Market seems softer now than anytime since COVID.

Over the last few weeks I've messaged 8 providers with a note saying something like:

"Interested in an hour on Thursday at 2, are you running any specials".

All but one quoted me a price $40-$100 lower than their rate on RR. 4 were providers I had never seen before. $360 down to $260, $240 down to $200 etc. I'm not coming out and haggling their price, I don't mention their RR rate or services. Just "do you have any specials?

Anyone else seeing this?

I haven't seen as many lower prices that quick, some will but I have also noticed others don't reply. Worth the shot at least!
