There are a number of guys who know who she is. She hasent posted in about a year. She doesn't want anyone new. I'm sure I'm not exclusive and I may not even go back as I'm semi retired. I agree cops do and will invent probable cause. I wouldn't admit to anything and ask that they issue a ticket for the alleged violation and let them to save the video on the dash-cam that shows the alleged violation. But you are right most guys are too scared to challenge the cops especially if you are in a vulnerable position.

The cops can invent PC (probable cause) at will. The scenario can go from "you didn't use your turn signal" to "I smell marijuana" and so on while they engage in a "fishing expedition". And Joe Average is not going to prevail in a roadside legal argument.
