Your right, it's illegal to patronize a prostitute and you can go to jail. It's also illegal to have sex with someone under the age of consent. You can go to jail for that also. The difference is, you can go to jail for a much longer time if you agree to pay someone for sex that is underage. But more importantly, you shouldn't consider fucking someone under the age of consent for any reason.

They post an ad, not disclosing anything to do with underage. Then once you respond and start a conversation, they mention they're under the age of 18 (Electronic Paper Trail). If you continue to communicate and follow though, you're on you way to jail. They could trap guys without the underage component, but the charges are stronger and it looks good in the media. Just don't talk to anyone that says they are under age. Be thoughtful of what you do say regardless. Legitimate providers know the deal, no need to discuss any details that can be used against you. If you contact an unknown provider, and they push you to communicate your intention, or validate something specific in the ad, be cautious.

NEVER leave an electronic paper trail. I'm always generic in my initial communications. If they push me for details, I bail. You can tell when they want specific information.
