While it's certainly unfortunate that those involved had to go through this for so long, the Mass Supreme Court's ruling should put an end to prosecutors trying to charge simple "Johns" with human trafficking.

Google Rockland sex sting 5 arrested, one of the guys was a Johnston police officer, Mass Supreme court sex for a fee trafficking. This could have been a real problem if it went the other way, they would have to build a lot more jails.
