Thanks Cheech. I also wanted to throw out there that I wasn't trying to cast aspersions on Britt by calling out Fuzzy's post. Britt's been nothing but a sweetheart with me so I've no grief at all. It is literally the only time I can remember anyone speaking about a rate with her and I'm not willing to speak about her rates because I don't wanted to blow up her spot or set expectations. I'm also not denying what happened with Britt / Fuzzy as Britt told me the same thing she told you, almost word for word, including wanting to make good on the situation but, as you said, the next step on that would be on Fuzzy.

From my POV Britt has been a reliable provider who provides a high quality service at reasonable rates. I've had one or two timing issues with her but I'm talking like maybe an hour or two delay tops; never a ghost or no show, including the time I actually drove out to Akron to see her (as I usually see her on her visits to CLE).
