This hobby is already too expensive compared to the other parts of the world. If tipping becomes the norm, it won't be good for the general hobbyist.

In my experience, tipping is not expected but appreciated. I usually only tip when the experience is over the top and I'll typically add an extra 100. But I wouldn't feel too bad if you don't tip as again, the girls are not expecting it anyway.
