There are only two places in Waukegan. Waukegan is pretty much a dead zone. Every time a place gets popular it gets closed.

There's one on Lewis avenue in the Jewel / Target shopping center, but I walked in there saw who was working pretended I want a business card and left. She was old and ugly. Chinese that spoke decent English.

There's the other place on Washington. Same owners from what I can tell. I think it's called New Spa. Has had mixed results. Some say L1 other say nothing but no one has reported L3.

Maybe your best bet is Joy Spa in Round Lake Beach. Cici was there. It was offered. I didn't bite for my own reasons.

I'm from Waukegan and there's nothing even close to here that you should waste your cash on. If I want an attractive or at least skilled lady I just take the trip to either Mt Prospect spas or further down to the Chinatown ones. No spas with extras here, especially not rimming. There was a few but they got shut down a long time ago. Waukegan cracked down hard on them and none ever came back like they do in Chicago.

This place has not been full service in the past in my experience. Gone for years under a couple names. Yuyu does a great BBBJ+. But the other girls were only L1 and less attractive.
