The short answer is yes. Limited service and shorter time can both get you a discount, but you'll need to negotiate the tip yourself.

Sky is now Lan spa. I go occasionally because of the $140 half hour special they post on bedpage.

For those like myself who saw Joey when she was working at Shanghai a few months back this is definitely a new and improved Joey. She's grown her hair down to midback and lost about 20 pounds and she looks just fantastic.
