Wonder who made that decision. 2600/ month seems like chicken feed compared to what they used to be bringing in a few years ago. Last couple of years though does seem like somebody took their eye off the ball and mismanaged things to the point that the talent ran off (Vianey moved on, Sophia disappeared, Eveline took extended breaks, other regular favorites also moved on or disappeared).

Market seems softer now than anytime since COVID.

Over the last few weeks I've messaged 8 providers with a note saying something like:
