You have to remember, this is the city of Cleveland, it is not out in the burbs. The AMPs just find any location for cheap and remodel it. I have been to the bathroom and it is thru the kitchen, but the rooms are fine and clean, newly carpeted. The attendants are fine.

Just east of Dandelion spa same side of street. I went there about two weeks ago. The outside is beat up but covered over with paint inside is not much better.
