Lately I use google play cards. Many places require cash payment but Walgreens will let you use debit cards. There is 1 that has a range that can go up to 2 oo but I do 115. Get the card, use the code to add it to your google play store account and then use that to pay Seeking. After payment you can then cancel the renewal. If you were banned in the past, create a new gmail to use, list another name in play store and the google card can usually get you a workaround but not guaranteed.
