Hm no and yes. If there was ever a stated upcharge for BBFS, I always end up paying it. It's not something I'd ask for personally because I'm fearful it would ruin that rapport but YMMV I'm sure.

I have gotten BBFS who on paper do not offer it for nothing extra with girls who I've had OTC chemistry with.
