Damn, it was nearly the opposite for me so it's definitely a YMMV. Texted her and got a pretty quick response way late am. I said I can swing by after a couple hours. I've been to that spot. It's a short term rental, 3-4 bedroom. I believe each room is rented separately by the owner. I don't know if the landlord is in on the bit but there is one lady in there.
