On my way back from Philly stopped in Baltimore rolled to the circle saw a petite cute spinner, black pants, red top purple hair stray eye. Went around the circle and triangle area came back. She gave me a wave. rolled the window down. A little chitchat. She jumps in. She's real polite, friendly, EZ to talk to. Says she's new to the area. I've never seen her before.
