On my way back from Philly stopped in Baltimore rolled to the circle saw a petite cute spinner, black pants, red top purple hair stray eye. Went around the circle and triangle area came back. Drove around, hitting streets I hadn't been on before—there are definitely women to be found. I ended up in CB, where at first only one woman was out.
