In OC a corg was busted with a warrant after repeated neighbor complaints. They arrested two corg men who worked as staff, but let all women go as victims. Here is the exact wording of the news article.

Even more, in parts of NYC, they've changed their priorities and dismissed all cases years ago. They ended prosecution and reversed past convictions for decades.
