Their customer service / phone person is the worst. Seems weird Shangrila just didn't absorb DDY since they're already at that location. Maybe a coincidence but whole mess has made booking an appointment there impossible. No wonder business is slow, scheduling is an impossibility. Praying that Chanel goes back to NYAF.

DDY. Info said lease was up. Now they are all at Shangrila until a new location is found. Business is slower so I think they would be smarter to not go back to 2 spots unless the business was really good enough to keep 2 spots open.
