I guess maybe I am either extra cautious or paranoid. I just don't see how anyone can turn over their info to an unknown person, especially as others have stated like HC. So what are they doing with this info? It has to be stored somehow, or you're put on a list of known people in someway. Be this by name or phone number so when the place gets raided, and we know they always do, then the cops have your info and probably your customer profile like how many visits what you like etc. Reading the public records on busts like this, they always search the places and take all electronic devices that can store information as well as any records, everything right down to the girl's cellphones, and they search them. This places drawing way too much traffic for it to be overlooked. I would bet 2 weeks pay they are under Uncle's microscope right now. So you call them and verify, then they send you to a location, and I am just surmising what I have read and heard as I can't do it. You go to said address and meet the person and visit. How do you know the first person or the person the day or week before wasn't Uncle LEO and is just sitting outside taking pictures and license plates. Once they have your photo and plates, they have their probable cause to look into you just from your visit, being it's a known place. I would love to have my fears abated and feel safe doing this, but I would be more comfortable pulling up to a local cop car and asking if they knew where I could find the local prostitutes. You're absolutely correct. It was bad enough for those guys in Boston and Virginia with their misdemeanor charges and public embarrassment, but here in NC on felony charges, they're going to be raiding your home to take YOUR electronic devices too (In the legal circles we know these warrants always include everything in the house. I broke down and went today. Now I have whored all over and all types. From 18 to 50, white black and everything in between.
