I just saw Joy earlier this evening, and all I can say is wow! Been using this agency for 6 years now, and I'd have to put Joy on my #1 list. After probably two years of trying to get into the wheeling apartment and seeing rave reviews on this board, I finally got in. The irony when I walk in and see Mia aka Big Nips of Waukegan board fame. At least I saved a good amount on travel time for a meh experience.
