Making it about some health thing just sounds like a false narrative.

I was told by a very senior individual in the SXL organization that an undercover cop was recording audio while getting a massage and called in the other cops when the hapless hooker offered a handjob for $60. Sorry, but doesn't sound like a health department thing. CPD is not going to run a sting based on a health complaint, especially if these girls girls were busted for solicitation (prostitution would be the actual charge). Unless it was the forensics team, undercover, swabbing, hahaha.
