The k-orgs operated at that location for several years with no problems. Then, one day, out of the blue, eviction notices appeared on all four apartments. Within three months, all of those apartments were empty. It was a real bummer, but that was the end of k-girl activities at that apartment complex. To my knowledge, the k-orgs never returned to that location. The place became off limits because everyone knew management would no longer tolerate it.

Bummer for us, but you can understand why a legitimate company might decide to limit the risk associated with an illegal franchise operating on their property. Especially at a time when housing is in short supply and rents are at all-time highs, they don't really need to take that risk. Those apartments will be rented to other people immediately, probably at a higher rent than the k-orgs were paying. For management, it's a win-win situation to kick them out.

What a shame. I live next to some close incalls in Wilshire too and I've always wondered how many just really exist and if brothers here were lucky enough to land on good mine of walking down the hall to some k pussy.

I've seen Vivian / Viviana and I agree that her head is disproportionately larger than the rest of her body. More specifically, she has a larger forehead. But I def wouldn't say its a dealbreaker.

It has happened at other apartment complexes so, yes, it could certainly happen at Sawtelle. Once the ball starts rolling on move-outs and evictions, it's difficult to reverse that process. Based on past experience, all of the k-girls wind up moving out eventually.

Because Sawtelle is more than one building, it's one of the the biggest complexes to be affected like this (the biggest that I can recall). So I suppose it's possible some k-girls will remain in some of the other buildings. But that seems like a stretch to me. If I had to bet on it, I'd bet they will all be gone within the next 3 to 4 months. They'll find other apartments in other areas of town, but my guess is Sawtelle will be off limits, at least for a few years.

Yes, scary, but Download X is correct. We've seen this movie many times before. It sucks because it likely means Sawtelle is going out of business (for our purposes). Once management decides they want the girls out, the girls will have to leave eventually. It's very easy to know which apartments are engaging in this activity. No doubt, management has known all along. They just tolerated it because the k-orgs pay the rent on time. But when other residents start complaining, or a new management company comes in, that often results in mass evictions.

My experience with CGLA has been that they are prompt to respond and book appointments, have the most updated website with the most kgirls and tell me the truth.

My free time is valuable and sparse, safety is a priority too, which is why I cater to service-oriented korgs like CGLA. I book in advance and plan accordingly. Some of you have more free time and prefer the spontaneous, frenzied approach where mongers crowd into a narrow time queue, vying for your preferred time 24-48 hrs. Befroe then, like Sesang girls protocol. That's great for them but not for me.

CGLA rules and is #1 in my book. That said, I still occasionally book using other agencies though like CaKdolls, Top Angels, Nanakirls, M, JuliesGirls, AsianVibe etc. To each their own.

M is the goat. Provides discounts for repeat visits that instantly makes them better than other orgs.

I've always had a good experience with CGLA, but everyone is free to share their opinion. A variety of opinions will help each person do what they think is right. I've noticed every person has a different agency they don't like, so the solution is to just use who they do. Even though we all want to be treated fairly and with courtesy, we also want bookers to enforce basic safety rules. That includes screening. Once you are screened, you too will want those after you to be screened properly because that's partly helping to protect you now. I've confirmed with several people that HX does still work for screening for most bookers, it's mainly the amount and quality of network.

Apart from screening, the single most important rule is discretion. Don't bother the neighbors. It is what ruined Sawtelle. There were people who simply didn't care. If we just have a bunch of polite bookers who allow that instead of warning and banning lazy people, then we will just get that again at the next place.

Location is another factor in safety. It's one reason I've been pointing out the PV location, which lacks some of the serious problems Ktown has. Time will tell.

I'm curious on your gripes with CGLA as that agency has been pretty drama free for me. The texts get back to me pretty quick at the beginning and when I arrive at the location.

I have many / enough references and never caused any problems in the past 9 years, but when I gave my refs to CGLA, they ignored me. Kinda reminds me of the first time I tried to get verified by M back in 2016, but I'm a veteran now, so no reason for cgla to ignore me.

There are just too many bookers these days competing for the same monger pool. Back in the days (early 2010's) we had M, J, SAG, Palace, GKS controlling the KGirl market. They respected each other and provided cross references. Not anymore today. The CGLA booker is an ass anyway. Why bother if you are in with M?

I'm usually a one-shot guy, so her pricing at 370 BBFS one-shot is just slightly higher than the 350 for the non-upcharge girls, but still significantly lower than the 450 for the upcharge girls.

DFK and BBBJ were all great, and we went through a bunch of positions, and I was able to even fuck her while standing up and holding her, since she was so small. I ended up blowing my load in her in doggy, and kinda wished I was a MSOG guy because I wanted to go a second round with her, but trying to do MSOG is just stressful for me, LOL, so I'd rather just enjoy the session with one shot.

Absolutely worth seeing, and is now going to be one of my regulars!
