I don't tell the booker but will tell the girl. I'd rather the girl pocket the extra money than the booker get it.

Don't even need to tell them. If you give extra. 40, they know 2 pops. If you give an 1. 0, they know BBFS. I made the mistake of giving an extra 1 as a tip, hoping I'd get extra special service. Then, she was confused that I wanted a cover.
