That's exactly what the problem was, the PO didn't trust both parties enough when it came to under the table BB so services were specified in the texts as detailed in the agent's report. I haven't read much from Nrlmus that I don't agree with and this report isn't any different. Jamie is by far an atf. I saw her twice last summer and again recently.
