In the past raids didn't necessarily shut down the place right away. Often times I think they are scoping it out and they ask for licenses etc. The problem with strength spa is its located in a upper end neighborhood with families and really good schools. Police are far more likely to weed out illicit businesses in these areas versus a commercial run down area further south.

I was at Taco bell today and walked up to where Castle Spa was. I say "was".

The sign is down, the interior is completely ripped out, I saw some pink paint I the window, and the flooring looked new and covered the entire space. Not what you would expect if it was going to have a bunch of massage rooms being built. Seemed more like it was going to be a nail place, or a salon of some type.

So it is my guess that they are gone. Pretty short lived.

Decided to stop by Sugar Spa after seeing a good report from a respected reviewer. I've driven past the place a few times before and at least to me it looks like a legit place from the outside. Inside looked impressive and was very clean.
