You have to demand your money back. If they don't want to then make a big fucking deal. Don't tip her whatever. This might sound harsh, but don't let them walk all over you like that.

I've had that happen to me before too. I'll just tell them. I want my money back. Sure if they already complete the ending maybe they deserve some sort of a tip. This happened to me recently She wanted to scoop me out of there 15 minutes early. Yes she gave me the finish, but I shorted her 20 bucks. I never believe that when they offer to give you 10 minutes later. And as it turned out she's gone before I could get my 10 minutes back.
