She gets those reviews because she is that good, especially compared to what else is available. If you have not seen her, you would not know. I believe she is reluctant to advertise because of the legal issues and restrictions imposed by her community control. As far as the special thread for her, that's ridiculous; when someone wants to check out a review in general or for any provider, they should not need to look to see if she has her own thread. That is why hardly anyone posts in the special thread that was set up.
