If you are talking about Foot Spa, which is next to Urgent Care and across from Cane's chicken, they have a new phone number which could mean new management. After I called a few weeks ago, snapchat sent me a notification for an profile linked to that number. It was an Asian male avatar on the profile, so that might be why a male is answering the phone.

The woman working there is named Anna, and she told me that she would be there "forever".

If you look at the Butler County inmate list you will see many inmates being held for ICE. There are a lot of Hispanics and a few Asians. I'm guessing that some of the Asians might be a result of the Massage business.

This isn't Dallas or New York. At Sakura and others I've experienced, you walk in and they come out of their room if not with somebody or in the back. Sometimes, you wait in the lobby for your turn. Sometimes you get lucky and get someone right away. You never know. It's a crapshoot.

Cindy never came back. She is currently in Boston from what I understand Wish she would make it back.

Totally recommend if she ever comes back. Some great surprises! Cindy told me she was coming back in March but I'm not sure if that happened.
