Looks like on one she has received "intervention in lieu of conviction" (not probation), meaning drug court and community control unless she violates the terms. The other one which involves the large sum of seized cash and potential forfeiture is now scheduled for disposition April 1.

Regarding appearance, I agree she has put on some weight in the year I have known her, but at 20 pounds over is still far better than the 50 and more pounds over with many of the providers. But, the docket shows that she got probation, number one, and number 2 she already got back most of her cash that was seized because she had legitimate receipts from her accounting for her business that proved it was legit. Plus I saw documentation of that.
