Someone just answered that full menu was offered by grannies.

One is a granny and surprisingly a fun time. The other is late 30's mid 40's and apparently forced to pay a portion of her tip to the granny for a cover and very much likes it if you bring your own and take it with you when you leave. Means she can keep more of her tip. She tried to give me her number once, but I refused because I can't have that lying around.
