Not everyone you see will click with you for different reasons, it could of been a number of things. I would not worry about it or lose any sleep over it. There are plenty of providers out there. Just move on get the next one.
I've had similar experiences w / UTRs and others. I'm guessing some people don't like the potential for confrontation that comes along with rejecting someone like that. Don't take it personally; there are many many other options. If she just didn't feel the vibe for whatever reason, consider it good that she filtered herself out of your life.
