Made appointment. Was texted back an hour later everything cancelled. Leasing office was doing inspections of all apartments in the building. Had one girl's number so texted with her. She was moving to a hotel. Spoke more with booker. She said she would have to find a new place. Visited last week and I thought it was weird that the booker told me to watch my 6 like a fighter pilot. I'm guessing something might have involved nosey neighbors or some customer prob making a scene or combo of those that got them on the radar at some point. Large complex. People visit apartments all the time. All the girls I met there thought the place was not very secure. Hope they find a new spot that is more secure. I have had zero issues with Nashville, so no idea what those comments are about.

And just a note. Unless you are actually somebody, I mean famous somebody, you are freaking out over nothing. I have seen numerous closures and the ones over the past few years are all due to taxes or abuse of Covid funds. They aren't looking for contacts. I'm a nobody so I am not worried at all. And I don't think this is one of those cases. Sounded like an eviction from my convos with booker and staff.

Do you think they were real maintenance workers? Could they have been undercover? As far as someone saying it was noisy upstairs. I was there one time and heard kid / kids playing in the room upstairs. Kind of distracting.

With the abrupt closing, I'd say they were being heavily watched. I'm sure tenants saw guys coming and going at all hours. I used to park over in the business, and tried to edit for no one to be in the parking lot. But it's a big place with lots of eyes. So who knows?

My spidey senses had me thinking all 3 guys were not legit who they looked like.

I was probably the 1st to report suspicious lurking around that apartment on that Friday. I saw Zuri just before lunch. There was a guy sweeping up small trash on the sidewalk that followed me back, so I walked past the door, circling around after he was good and out of site. Then leaving, there were two maintenance guys down the hall, out of site of the door peephole. I reported all of this to the booker.

Could have been nothing, but had me on edge, and now, seems validated.

Last Friday I was scheduled to see Zuri in early afternoon and when I got there the booker said there was a domestic violence incident with the neighbors and cops were called so my appt was cancelled. It was a weird and abrupt message 5 minutes before my time but I was told to leave so I left. When I saw Zuri the next day I brought this up and she knew nothing about the cops but mentioned a maintenance guy going around, and that they were closed for most of Friday which she was unhappy about obviously. Booker did mention there was a nosey neighbor too so it seems that part is true, and that they were looking to change apartments but stay at the same complex to get away from these neighbors. So something was up, wouldn't be surprised if something bad did happen to cause such a sudden shutdown. Don't think it's lack of business, Zuri said she was doing well and planned on staying for a while. But also, if they were in hot water why would the website still be up? Doubt we'll ever find out. It was an incredible run and I had a blast, easily the best option in the city. Hope someone replaces it one day.

The shutdown does seem oddly abrupt. I just got screened last week to visit Zuri while I was in town on business. It took some extra effort to get screened because of concerns, real or imagined, about the state of affairs in Nashville. Eventually met Zuri and and she talked about being in town for another week or two. Afterward the booker assured me that future bookings would go more smoothly now that I was vetted. Nothing Zuri or the booker said hinted they would be closing shop in less than a week. To be honest, both seemed more concerned with Nashville than their own situation.

Makes me wonder if they had help. Like maybe the landlord got wise wo what was going on. Getting threatened with eviction or worse could definitely force a decision if perhaps they were borderline in terms of profitability.

Just like in Jurassic park, there was a site 2. I had frequented the other location a few times last fall and last week was surprised they had switched back to the original location.

Hope the good times continue to roll and we all don't end up on the 10 p news.

I wasn't going to speak on it, because I felt it was just the apartment complex when I saw Lisa. The booker had told me to look out for a woman in parking lot, and make sure she wasn't watching, then when I went in lots of noise in apt upstairs, still not thinking to much she said maintenance was being nosey to apartment manager, when I left Zuri went out and walked around to make sure it was clear before I left, when I left a man in a yellow shirt was holding his phone like videoing the haul breezeway going there. I had my hood up and watched around me made me uneasy, same lady was watching where I had left from in parking lot, kinda creepy. I had told booker I didn't feel safe due to her concerns and what I noticed. , I love these ladies they are awesome. , since we all got this text this is why I'm putting this out there. I know I was pretty frightened back in the day with the studio 501 bs when they got busted and supposedly videos I pray we are all safe and this was just a apartment manager bs and they will relocate and start again. I see the website is still up, so hopefully this is all just some precautions they are taking to keep us safe.

I know the booker was dealing with Cancer but she said she was working for someone else. I know when there was a change about a year or so ago I had showed some interest in investing or even helping someway — just to help keep it going.

I didn't see the message until after 10 a and by that time when I asked why? The message could not be received so I'm guessing the number was shut down.
