It's pretty common in the right situations. I've taken girls out both from apartment locations and hotel locations. It's easier in hotel location since there's no mamasan to contend with. But if the girl and you click, there's nothing stopping them from going out during their free time since they are allowed breaks. It's imperative to get their LINE or other contact info then set something up.
