I stopped by Tranquality on 99 an the cove a week ago. Had a little time to kill and did not wish to seek out anything more FS oriented. But Tranquility is a good place for a nice massage and a HE.

3) Getting a sense of historical data / experience, that could be irrelevant today?

I think the OP forgot to understand that price fluctuate and Data needs to be constantly updated (may it be the same or different). What hold trues yesterday doesn't mean it applies today.
