The spas with better menues seem to have a smock you would see at a regular parlor hanging in the room. That way if the girl is naked that's all she needs to toss on incase of unexpected guests. The other alternative is undress in a way you can quickly pull it all together. Seeing the smock hanging in the room is typically a good sign.
