Reminds me of when I was in college out of the marine corps. Interesting, I've never seen that particular request before. Though I admit I've been mostly out of circulation last couple years. So I assume she is looking for an STD screening result? The only times I've done that it has been through a testing service, not my primary provider. Do many of you guys get your dick checks from your main doc? (just curious, no judgment).

I do both, full panel with annual check up, they are doing a blood draw anyway, and check in for sti's I few times a year.
