Our local scene is also on life-support. For your prices, Sunny in Durham will give you FS. The Raleigh scene will provide HEs usually, even on a first visit. You're best local bet, though, is Fayetteville (about an hour from Raleigh / Durham) which has a fistful of FS stores.
